تناقلت بعض حسابات مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي وجهات أخرى أخباراً وشائعات مفادها تقاضي مؤسسة معبر باب الهوى رسوماً ومبالغ مالية لقاء عبور الشاحنات والمواد الإغاثية.
وعليه فإن مؤسسة معبر باب الهوى توضح الآتي:
-1 من مدّ يد العون لشعب مكلوم مظلوم فلن يجد من أبنائه إلا التقدير والإمتنان.
-2 إن مؤسسة معبر باب الهوى تقدم كافة التسهيلات للمنظمات والجمعيات
العاملة في المجال الإنساني والإغاثي دون أي مقابل مادي أو معنوي منها.
-3 نلفت عناية متابعينا الأكارم بتلقي كل جديد من المعرفات الرسمية لمعبر باب
الهوى فقط.

Some social media accounts and other entities reported and spread rumours that the Bab al-Hawa Crossing Institution is charging fees for truck crossings and relief items.
Consequently, and in response, the Bab al-Hawa Crossing Institution would like to clarify its position:
1. That which gave a helping hand to an oppressed and grieving people would be only met with appreciation and gratitude from its sons.
2. The Bab al-Hawa Crossing provides all facilities and facilitation for humanitarian and relief organisations without any material or in-kind payments.
3. We should like to direct our followers’ attention to the fact that they should receive all updates and news items via the official accounts of the Bab al-Hawa Crossing only.
